Sharing of Clients’s Data

ArthaSatva Investments shall share the Client’s data with Fintso (herein after refred to as the Product Providers) seamlessly for KYD, KYC and other due diligence processes to complete the due diligence, empanelment and/or for the purposes of offering Products and other related services by the Product Providers to the Clients.  The Client agrees to give their consent in writing for sharing their personal data and contact details to be shared to ArthaSatva Investments and product providers for the aforesaid purposes only. ArthaSatva Investment shall not use such data for any other purposes whatsoever, without an express written consent from the Clients.
